Got my first run of the year in today.
Easy 50 minutes to get back in to the swing of things.
Seem ages since I got a decent run in.
Overall felt fresh, relaxed. Heart rate slightly too high, however that will coke down over next few weeks.
This week just gently easing back in to things. Coach working on base training before we get back on the hard training.
LANDS END TO JOHN O’GROATS VIRTUAL CHALLENGE
Well not got very far yet. 9.5 miles. So about as far as penzance.
The miles will be chipped away over the weeks.
With long runs on Sunday’s and when fully up to normal days. Which are 5 days a week.
Monday and Friday are rest days.
