Sunday Long Run Day

Shorter time this week, how ever higher paced.

75 mins of running around 8m30s q mile pace.

Working on getting the fatigue in to the slower twitch muscles.

This is what build the endurance side of things.

Building the Aerobic base. This using body fat and oxygen for energy, slow burning but last much longer than the anaerobic stores (glycogen).

Slowly get a faster pace but in the aerobic zones.

Heart rate was higher however it was very humid out which is a major factor.
